The day starts with Navigating Alternative Health, a look at how to: make the best use of the information that's out there, and make good choices in practitioners and types of work for your individual situation and constitution. After that, I'll spend some time meeting, greeting and demoing some of the things we do here at the Open House. The day ends with an Introduction to Russian Martial Art.
