My apologies to anyone caught in the confusion. The <a href="http://www.body-knowledge.com/systema/">current schedule</a> is now correct. It will apply for the next several weeks. There will be no class from July 15-30, as I will be on vacation; The August schedule will be posted before the end of the month.</p>

<p>Look out for Systema Saturdays, starting in August! These longer classes (3-4 hours) allow some deeper exploration and learning, and are great for getting beginners up to speed quickly, or those traveling from farther away.
Dates will be announced shortly.</p>

I'm under the weather, and needing to get ready for <a href="http://russianmartialart.com/main.php?page=week">my trip</a> this weekend. Both monday evening classes are cancelled. The wednesday portland class will run as usual.</p>

<p>The monday classes will not be held next week either, as I won't be back 'til tuesday.</p>

<p>The following week is Memorial Day; I'm rescheduling those to Tuesday night, so we don't miss 3 weeks running.</p>

<p>In Brunswick, the monday class will shift location to my office on Maine street until we find a good outdoor venue. The Tuesday and Thursday classes are done. I'll start a wednesday afternoon 3:45 class on the 20th of May, location TBA.</p>

<p>In Portland, the Wednesday morning class is being held outside, on the eastern prom. The location is listed in the embedded map on the <a href="http://www.body-knowledge.com/systema/">systema page</a>. The monday class will move outside in June.</p>
