Come see what we're about!

Bring a friend or four, or feed your own curiousity about movement, exercise, rolfing, or martial arts. There will be a brief introductory talk and then we'll get moving, showing what all this can look like, alone and together. You'll see how these approaches become more powerful in combination, and create an amazingly effective way to improve your bodies' function and movement, whatever your goal or background.

We'll show unique conditioning exercises, rolfing techniques, and self defense moves (maybe even crack out the kettlebells!). If you like you can try out a few yourself! There's plenty of time for questions so stop on by, and see how we teach bodies to move better.
