Structural Integration deals with patterns and choice in the body: compensation, injury, repetitive movement and loss of awareness limit our ability to adapt and stay free and healthy in the face of day to day life. Giving someone the freedom and tools to recover and improve their own function gives the client long term and self-sustaining change.
We do this by finding the keystones, the most important places in these patterns, whether they are in the connective tissue, movement habits, or perceptual misalignments. Helping these key places find options, different ways of doing things, allows the path of least resistance to unfold naturally and automatically. The result: a body that is able to adapt to what life brings with more grace and comfort. Whether your specific interest is performance, freedom from pain, or more vitality and joy in daily life, this is the baseline.
